Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

Shipping Charges

No additional handling or COD charges apply. Shipping method can be selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can use it to track your shipment in real time.

Failed Delivery & Non-Delivery

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package:

• Prepaid orders: A refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned package, minus ₹300 towards applicable shipping charges.

• COD orders: The order will be cancelled with no further action required.

Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Incorrect Address

Jaipur Blossom is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-dispatch, if requested, will attract an additional shipping charge of ₹300.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeline and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please write to us at jaipurblossom@gmail.com with your order ID. We will raise an investigation with our courier partner and provide a resolution — replacement or refund — within 7 business days of the complaint being raised.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please write to us at jaipurblossom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement. No refunds are applicable for damaged-in-transit claims.

International Shipping

Availability & Charges

We ship to select countries outside India. International shipping charges are calculated based on the total parcel weight and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are payable directly upon delivery or customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict their amount.

We strongly recommend checking your country's import duties and customs policies before placing an order.

No Returns or Cancellations on International Orders

Once an international order has been placed and dispatched, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with customs charges or taxes levied at the destination.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay applicable customs duties — resulting in the package being returned, destroyed, or abandoned by customs authorities — Jaipur Blossom will not be liable for any refund, exchange, or replacement.
