We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 4-6 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hoursof placing them. After that, the order is processed for shipping.
We will confirm your order via call and WhatsApp message before dispatching.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange policy for damaged or defective products. We do not offer returns, but exchanges can be made for a different size or product.

Who bears the return shipping cost?

If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free pickup. For size exchanges, the customer needs to ship the item back to us.
